RETURN POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must still be attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
HOW TO RETURN
- 1Contact us at contact@davidmyalik.com with your order number and reason for return.
- 2We'll review your request and send you return authorization and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
- 3Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
- 4Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size or color? Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund instead.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at contact@davidmyalik.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund.
